Hello, How's things? Again, my apologies for neglecting my website. But I have got a couple of excuses. I've finished another book. The one I mentioned in that article in the back of Leaving Bondi that was reprinted from the Sunday Telegraph Magazine. It's called The Ultimate Aphrodisiac. It's not a Les Norton, but it's still pretty good. Harper Collins reckon it's my best effort yet. What these two surfies get up to on this Pacific Island called Lan Laroi, and how they get a third world war going along with heaps of sex and drugs and rock n' roll will blow you away. Brian Bradshaw and Ronnie Milne almost blow away the United States Pacific Fleet. Unfortunately, just as I finished it, all that shit went down in NY. So as you can see by the press releases, Harper Collins decided to hold back for a while, but it will be out in March. In the meantime, I went to the Great Southern Blues and Rocabilly Festival at Narooma in New South Wales. It was terrific. In fact it was that good, I wrote another article for the Sunday Telegraph Magazine called 'They Call Me Barbara'. It should be out in January. It explains a few things about the new book and my trip to Narooma with plenty of photos. Keep an eye out for it. I also got my name in the social columns in Sydney. I was 'seen' having lunch at Bondi with the actor Tony Martin (Neddy Smith in Blue Murder). He went over the script we've written for Davo's Little Something. Tony said it's a ripper script, so I'm trying to get that up for a movie and if I do we might go on to Les Norton, The Movie. Keep your fingers crossed. There's been some other changes. The Possum Lady is with us no more, and I've had to move all the mail order business from Sydney to Terrigal. So all those people wanting T-shirts, write to Psycho Possum Productions PO Box 382 Terrigal NSW 2260. It has to all be cheques or money orders. We can't do the credit card thing. Also out your phone number in with the letter, so we can get back to you if there's a problem. At the moment, I've got T-shirts and cartons all over the place and it appears we're overstocked with smaller sizes. So if you send in for a big size T-shirts, we'll toss in a couple of smaller sizes for the kids or the girlfriend, wife or whatever. A bit of a present for my valued readers. I'm also working on something called the Team Norton Turbo Vortex Wave Jammer. I don't know what happened to me when I visited those mysterious ruins at Nan Madoll and read al those books on anti-gravity and free energy devices. It was like a door opened to the future. And because in my new book there's a surfing theme, I got to thinking, and I've come up with something that will interest anybody connected with water sports. We're still working out the prototypes, but I'll put some photos on the web before long so you'll have an idea of what's going on. In fact I've got lots of good things coming up on the website now that I've got more time, including photos, so keep tuned in. You'll like it. It's all very 'out there'. In the meantime, I'm out of here. I'll catch up with you soon. All the best, p.s. check out the new photos in my album December, 2001
